General Orders placed through our website before 3 pm are shipped the same day (as long as the items are in stock). The delivery charge is based on the weight of the items you are ordering (with a minimum charge of £2.60 to cover postage and packaging costs) and can be seen in the Shopping Cart. Dog tags can only be shipped to addresses in the UK and are shipped free of charge. UK orders over £50 are shipped free of charge. UK (including Northern Ireland) and the Channel Islands For orders from the UK (including Northern Ireland) and the Channel Islands, we offer the choice of shipping by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, Recorded, Special Delivery (for next day delivery) and for the majority of the UK mainland we also offer a courier service. You can select which shipping method you wish to use on the Delivery Information screen. Orders should be delivered within seven working days of the date the order was placed (normally your order is received within a couple of days). Europe We currently ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden Orders should be delivered within nine working days of the date the order was placed (normally your order is received within three to seven working days). Last Order Dates for Christmas Deliveries: 3pm on 9th December 2011 for deliveries to Eastern Europe 3pm on 12th December 2011 for deliveries to Western Europe 3pm on 20th December 2011 for Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Recorded and Courier 3pm on 22nd December 2011 for Royal Mail Special Delivery Christmas & New Year Opening Hours Any orders received between Friday 23rd Dec 2011 and Tuesday 27th Dec 2010 will not be processed until Wednesday 28th Dec 2011. Any orders received between Wednesday 28th Dec 2011 and Monday 2nd Jan 2012 will be processed as quickly as possible. We will resume normal operations from Tuesday 3rd Jan 2012. Returns Policy Should you receive any product from Your Dogs Needs that has a fault, damaged in transit or differs from the description given, we will arrange to either offer a full refund or replace the product.  All returns must be declared to Your Dogs Needs within 14 days of receipt of the product. In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Your Dogs Needs mistakenly and through no fault of Your Dogs Needs, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to us unused and in saleable condition. In cases such as these where an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
