Your Dogs Needs Annual Holiday Any orders received between 4th September - 12th September 2010 will not be processed until Monday 13th September 2010. Shipping Orders placed through our website before 3 pm are shipped the same day (as long as the items are in stock) and should be delivered within seven working days of the date the order was placed (normally your order is received within a couple of days). We offer the choice of shipping by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, Recorded, Special Delivery(for next day delivery) or Courier, which are selectable on the Delivery Information screen. The delivery charge is based on the weight of the items you are ordering (with a minimum charge of £2.50 to cover postage and packaging costs) and can be seen in the Shopping Cart. Currently we only ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland) and Channel Islands. Orders over £50 are shipped free of charge. Returns Policy If you purchase one of our products and are not completely satisfied with it, please contact us with your order details to arrange to return the goods. This must be done within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. If the product is damaged when you receive it, we will pay the postage costs to return the item and sending the replacement to you. All we ask is that you return the items in a saleable condition with all of its packaging intact.
