Orders placed through our website should be delivered within seven working days of the date the order was placed. We offer the choice of shipping by standard Royal Mail, Registered or Special Delivery (selectable on the Delivery Information screen).

The delivery charge is based on the weight of the items you are ordering and with a minimum charge of £2.00 to cover postage, packaging and administration costs.

Local Delivery

If you live within the BH12, BH13, BH14, BH15, BH16, BH17, BH18, BH20 and BH21 postcode areas and the value of your order is £15.00 or more, you have the option for a Local Delivery which costs a flat rate of £2.00 and is usually delivered within 48 hours.

Returns Policy

If you purchase one of our products and are not completely satisfied with it, please contact us with your order details to arrange to return the goods. This must be done within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. If the product is damaged when you receive it, we will pay the postage costs to return the item and sending the replacement to you. All we ask is that you return the items in a saleable condition with all of its packaging intact.
