Should any product purchased from Your Dogs Needs be found to be faulty, damaged in transit or differs from the description given, we will arrange to either offer a full refund or replace the product. All returns must be declared to Your Dogs Needs within 14 days of receipt of the product.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Your Dogs Needs mistakenly and through no fault of Your Dogs Needs, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to us unused and in saleable condition. In cases such as these where an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
For all returned merchandise please first contact Your Dogs Needs (details can be found on the Contact Us page) stating the nature of your return request. You will then be provided with an 'RMA' number. The RMA number must be included in all further communications, including your returned item(s) package.
